Branch is one of my favorite loan app, the design is great, and also very ease to use. I love the free transfers, in fact that my best feature. The speed the in transactions is very fast. On interest rate, I'd say they are quite pricey, and also increase the rate at which users grow into higher amounts. On bank cards, I believe this is a killer feature/addition, totally love it. Good work guys!

I have exceeded my repayment due date! Each time I try to pay back it keeps telling me network problem! This is really annoying, especially the fact that I'm getting subtle threatening text messages. My loan isn't much, I could have easily repaid few days after receiving it. I can't even send message via the app, same errors. This is really sickening! You have to do something about this! To even think that there's no contact phone number or something.

Initially I had issues with paying back using the app. But when I eventually found the right email address to send an email to, their response was quick and they were very cautious. And the issue was resolved quickly. One commendable thing about them is that they don't put much pressure on you when it's time to repay your loan like other loan apps do, or charge you extra fees when you delay a little in your payment. But I still think a number to call when one has issues is a lot more convenient.

This is literally the best loan app. The awesome thing about Branch is that they don't threaten you like other loan apps out there. I've deleted other loan apps from my device. If your payment is due, they'll send you a prompt via the app. Their interest rates are okay and the duration is good. They also have excellent saving plans. Branch to the world!!!

This loan app used to be my go-to, because it used to be consistent. But for the past 6months I noticed they give you loan and encourage you to pay early.. instead of you getting an increment, the loan reduces drastically. So I don't see a reason why you should pay promptly.. That's very bad and if you can deal with your plans been altered after you made plans from the money you think you might get from an app but you don't... then go ahead. I just can't deal with inconsistency

I would've given a 5 star rating if not for the fact that interest rates are too high, increases rapidly and you don't increase your loan offers based on credit history, apart from that it's the best loan app I've come across as their fast with processing your loan, except for the little hitch I do recommend this app, oh and I found out you can get a debit Mastercard too, that totally made me love the app

The app is just my best, but one issue am having now with it is that: the sender's name is not showing at the receiver's end when transactions are made. Please, let the receiver see the name of the sender to avoid fights at the market, shop or anywhere. It will just show Paystack-INTERSWITCH, sometimes Branchservices without the sender's account name. Let it be like sender:Branchservices/Danielubong for easy identification. Please.

I give branch 5 stars, the best app., their loan spacing is fantastic, they don't disturb, anyways, I always pay on time, they give you higher loan as you pay and want to collect more, but they should reduce their interest rate a little bit, the best app.

they are fast, honest and give you the money without too much ado with enough time to repay. if u delay you will be penalised so avoid reneging on yr loan. I delayed on a loan but stll got a lesser amount after one month. I still like this app and hope to save once i get out of the doldrums!! The app continues to be excellent. Fast, precise and low intrest without harassment. Thank you branch, keep the good work.! And you can save pole pole with interest credits to your savings. Fast n honest.

It's good for personal loan app when you are going financial crises and much better than others loan app . This app always increase my loan account limit when i repayment my loan amount in timely, but I honestly tell that processing fee and GST little bit higher for me.

Branch is very helpful and reliable plus their loan term are very good and their charges are very low. I don't rate or comment on this type of apps but I had to cause they give me joy.

Perfect and super mind blowing app I give kudos to this app well everything thing can not be perfect but with the little experience I've had with this company/industry am perfectly ok with it . If there are any complains from other customers I will urge you to look into it and make amendment I mean let their be a great change so to improve on your service and to have more customers. So eazy n fast..only one thing is to be improved that if I want to avail loan for one month the drop box must have that opt as it comes 30-60 days..no way to write 30 days.. I think it must save some of the interest and the processing fee as well..🙋

I have a relief of access to quick loan for my business and commercial bank bottleneck of waiting for paper work for loan application and approval. The instalmental repayment period is very convenient. However, there should be a reward for paying back loan before due date. Also, the management should work in a system whereby you can extend the date of loan repayment with little interest, if you have problem of paying at the due date.

Out of all the loan apps i take branch digital bank to be best because it's the only app with winning goals and achievements.branch digital bank has nomany details,no many questions just less and you get loan in less than 5 minutes no disappointed no high charges rather than it has good service and they easy and reliable to solve any raised problems . Branch loan app is the best and live up to what they say. Branch delivered immediately in as much as you meet up with their demands. Branch don't threaten or make life difficult for customer. It took me sometime to pay up my dept, but they only call to appeal and even give discount. Branch loan app is the best. You have not less than a month to pay back.

Very nice app, easy to use and I got my first loan in less than 25 minutes and was surprised that I need to pay in 30 days compared to other apps that give you the same amount and you pay within 7 days with a high interest rate. Kudos Branch.

Satisfactory in every ramification, though it has taken a year+ now and I am no more granted loan despite fulfilling all conditions of repayments. The app for a while since February 6th keeps crashing despite having funds in it and I am unable to access the wallet so as to use my funds there, until I had to uninstall it more than twice to reinstall again. Please address these hitches so as to remain our choice app

I like this loan app,because it's one of the best in the country. It's easy to process loan,and very fast to transfer the money to your bank account.but increments is very poor. Pls address it. Other than that,best loan app.

Efficient but inconsistent app. Could be of help to those who need emergency loans but not always reliable. Interest could be reviewed downwards for tested clients.

I'm a fan of the wallet it send and receive money fast I'll like to suggest if possible to have a pos attach for person interested in running business using this app just like any other microfinance apps on the internet it will make a lot of sense, On the loan and repayment I think is a high time now you have an extension feature to enable those who were unable to repay their loans to extend it without penalties it remove fair and increased trust

Branch wallet was one of the best App, even since I couldn't make transfer on my bank due to bad network service, I love 💕 this App, very easy to make transfer, but my bad experience through this App 2days ago I was like hahaha, but it was rectify not knowing I did some mistakes, there loan is very fast in disbursement, kudos to you guys,

A very reliable app if you ask me. I was having a financial problem and was wondering how to fix it but Branch came through. I applied and they immediately disbursed the funds to my branch account, wow amazing! I love their interest rates coz they're reasonable enough and not high like other loan apps.

This app is awesome. It is so accurate and their interest is low compared to other loan apps. But there is one thing I am not so clear about. I have paid in my loan since yesterday the board is still showing my debt. Please clear my debt from the board so that I can have access to another loan.

Branch has been my best app. It has always been reliable and an app I can count on. Today I was in need of finance and I was sure I have limit in my account. I tried to access the limit that was allocated to me, the transaction didn't go through. The feedback was I can't access loan at the moment. I had banked all my hopes there. Please review and award my limit back I sort an emergency.
