I am highly disappointed with your loan app. Av been trying to repay my loan for 2days through the app but not responding. You do not even post your bank account details for offline payment. As a first timer, am pissed off. Please don't blame me for default, you are the cause.

To be fair, ImoneyPlus is a good loan app. I have used it for awhile and not really had any issues... My only set back about you guys and this happens to be a plead, please increase your payment days... 7 or 8 days is quite too short... atleast 14 days to make payments flexible for your customers. A very good app all the same .

This is my first time of using this app and am seriously not impressed I requested for a loan since 11am and it was approved but up till now 8pm am yet to be credited the dashboard have been showing disbursing but I Ve not seen anything I have sent email and even a text to your hotlines but no reply yet

I wish there was a minus that's what I would have given to this loan agency. I mean it wasn't even time for me to pay back yet and they started sending me threat messages that they will embarrass me. What's that supposed to mean? your customer service is terrible! Absolutely unethical and the person who contacted me really lacks manner of approach and is so unprofessional! I give this app 3 stars, I have been using it, but it doesn't disburse immediately, I don't know if it's network issue or what, I have applied since getting to 3hrs now they have not still disbursed, they should also work on their interest rate, it's too high, I will come back to give them 4stars when am credited, but at least, the process is good, not lengthy.

My experience with this app is annoying.. Imagine adding wrong account number for repayment, and when I reached out to the helplines concerning the problem, they sent me another account to pay in, which I did. But they never stopped sending me annoying Overdue loan text. And calling too. I even sent the proof of payment to Thier email address, but they never stopped calling and texting. They even started threatening to reach out to my contacts to tell them I haven't paid. Wrong people...

The interest rate is too high and the method of reducing money on their app is really really annoying. Imagine you we have 81,000 as the highest you can withdraw and maybe you need 10k, the means of reducing it is 100, 100 naira, till u reach the 10k after an hour. Really annoying

Easy loan application, prompt disbursement but the interest is too high and the 7 days duration is too short to refund 24k on 17k loan. As loan credit increases so should repayment duration increases, else many customers will default in their repayment. Create an extension facility with a token fee like Fairmoney app. If not, I won't patronize you again.
